Ask Edward Snowden to come home with the promise that he will be treated fairly. Let's work this out on American soil.

Edward Snowden's concerns about NSA are valid but the way he expressed himself by breaking the law has put himself as well as all Americans at risk. President Obama is being asked via this petition to personally reach out to Mr. Snowden so that this matter can be settled solely among ourselves as American citizens with no foreign influence. It is not in the best interest of the United States for other nations to be involved in this. Let's give the authorities a chance to do their jobs so that a sense of confidence can be restored in the American Justice System. Please treat Mr. Snowden fairly upon his safe return to the United States!
