The Framers gave us the option to avoid a catastrophic presidential candidate (Article II, Section 1). Hillary Clinton has won the popular vote. Only 46.9% of the eligible electorate voted, so Donald Trump does not have a mandate regardless. We must ask Electors to the Electoral College to change their votes and deprive Donald Trump of 270, while securing them for Hillary Clinton!
