Ask every standing member of congress to resign should we hit the "fiscal cliff."

If the US Congress is unable to reach a deal, and we hit the so called "fiscal cliff" it will be a complete failure of the desires of the American public. Given this tremendous failure to reach a compromise, the President should request every standing member of Congress resign.
