Ask the Federal Election Commission to facilitate changing the way primaries and caucuses, for President, are held.

The primaries and caucuses should be organized by region and every four years rotate the order in which the different regions have their contests.
Ten regions of five states each setup like this: Group 1; Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island. Group 2; New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware. Group 3; Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois; and so on. Have the primaries and caucuses every two weeks from March till August.
This allows for many things that are beneficial. The cost of campaigns will go down and people will have more contact with the candidates since they will do more travel by bus and less by plane. More people will have their concerns addressed since different people will go first each cycle.
