Ask the Federal Election Commission to propose new rules on campaign communications that limits negative attacks

This election cycle has been negative at unprecedented levels. The people of the United States deserve better. The FEC should put rules in place that only allow candidates, PACs and lobbyists to use communications to tell people what they will do, not negative attacks on their opponents.
