Dr. Afridi assisted USA in ascertaining the DNA proof of Osama bin Laden, who was responsible for 9/11 attacks on twin towers in NYC. Pakistan, a supposed ally ( duplicitous though ) in war against terror not only sheltered him and his family thus deceiving people of the USA but also took legal action against Dr Afridi and sentenced him to 30 years in prison. If USA Govt does not coerce Pakistan to release him and his family, no person in the world will ever assist people and Govt of USA with the fear of being left in the lurch.
