President Obama released 5 Taliban terrorist without notifying congress as required by law. Also Obama cannot spend money on such a venture without notifying Congress which was not previously authorized. The higher law that he broke is the law that prohibits providing material assistance to terrorist organizations. This should reach the level of high crimes and misdemeanors. If the Obama administration has in their opinion committed a crime, what do they have to fear.
