The Administration And The American People Were Assured Numerous Times, Publicly, By Secretary Sebelius, That The Healthcare.gov Website Was Running And Would Be Fully Operational And, In Her Words, "Ready To Go" On October 1st, 2013. This Has Clearly Not Been The Case, And Has Been An Utter Failure, Which The American People Have Paid Hundreds of Millions of Dollars For. Someone Must Be Held Accountable.
