We ask that U.S. legislation be requested and passed which demands that all imports meet both minimum wage laws for this country AND meet OSHA standards for safe working conditions. A fee should be imposed on all imports which will pay for monitoring of companies wanting to import their goods to our country. The workers of Bangladesh shall not have died in vain. America must demand safe working environments for everyone making U.S. goods.
