Ask the Justice Department to initiate Anti Trust actions against the nations largest Interstate Banks.

Created by S.S. on February 01, 2012

The largest National Banks that have been described as "too big to fail" should be broken up under Federal Anti-trust laws. Should existing Anti-trust legislation not be sufficient, a new law should created to limit the ability of banks to monopolize markets driving out the creation of community banks and savings and loans. The continued existence of these Mega Banks poses a great economic risk to our economy by stifling economic growth, job creation, development of small businesses, and by increasing financial risk to taxpayers.
