As described in the WashingtonPost article (http://washingtonexaminer.com/irs-lois-lerner-gave-confidential-tea-part...), Lerner was complicit, at the least, in releasing privileged documents to the Federal Election Commission. If true, this is prima facie evidence of violation of federal law (Felony). The Obama administration should instruct the Justice Department to assign a special prosecutor to determine the facts of this serious allegation to determine the merit.
