Ask the Lifetime or Fox networks to bring back America's Most Wanted

Created by A.S. on April 01, 2013

America's Most Wanted, also referred to as AMW, has led to the capture of over 1,200 fugitives, including 15 of the FBI's top 10 list. The show is also responsible for the recovery of over 60 missing persons and children. In 2011, the Fox network cancelled AMW,citing production costs. The show was soon picked up by the Lifetime network, but despite capturing 36 fugitives in just 44 episodes during its' first season, it was announced the network decided not to pick up AMW for a second season. This petition is to ask the Obama administration to please ask the Lifetime network to bring back AMW so criminals can have a much harder time hiding, ask the Fox network to consider taking AMW back as well, or help John Walsh and 20th Century Fox find a new home for this vital and important show.
