Ask Medical University of South Carolina & McLeod Health to forgive the medical bill debt of late uninsured Mrs. Wilson.

Created by N.W. on December 21, 2012

Mrs. Annie Ruth Wilson suffered a massive heart attack in November, 2004. She was an uninsured domestic worker who lived in poverty. She was recovering from the heart attack in the intensive care unit until she fell out of her bed in the ICU onto the floor in December, 2004. As a result, she lapsed into a coma from which she never recovered. Now, her creditors want to sell her estate to recover the cost of her medical expenses. However, her estate is worth only a small fraction of the medical debt that she owed.
