Ask the NRA to lock up their guns Parents must keep guns from young men with history of mental illness/emotional issues

I would like to recommend that President ask the NRA to ask their members to lock up their guns. The NRA needs to say to responsible gun owners that they are responsible for what happens with their guns and that specifically parents who have young men with a history of mental illness or emotional issues should not have access to guns. I think this would have helped to avoid the problems in Newtown and other mass shootings.
