I, the undersigned, strongly urge the President of the United States to formally acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race and immediately release into the public domain all files from all agencies and military services relevant to this phenomenon.
This will allow the extraterrestrials to share with all humans the technology to purify our water, air, earth and bodies; and to teach us how to end weapons of mass destruction: crime, violence, war, poverty, famine, drought, disease, illiteracy, hunger, global warming, climate change, and natural disaster. I also ask that the 6,000 patents by U.S. citizens that has been suppressed by the U.S. government be released and given to help humanity.
