Ask people that want to secede from the Union to willfully give up their citizenship and move back to ancestral country.

Since people are asking to secede the Union, that means they no longer wish to be Americans. Since they no longer wish to be Americans and are engaging in treasonous activities meant to incite a new civil war. They should be asked to forfeit their citizenship willfully and they go back to their ancestral country of origin.
