We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Ask President not to pardon senior goverment official who are or were a member of his cabinet. Create law for future use

Created by M.B. on November 03, 2016

Senior Goverment official who either committed or is accused of committing crimes related to his or her actions while being goverment official should not be pardoned by the the office holder of the very goverment where crimes were committed. Pardon in such case at the very least creates suspicion that whoever issued a pardon is linked to the crime.

Appropriate law should be introduced to make such decisions easy for the future presidents.
