When an animal abuser hurts on purpose an inocent animal, that is animal abuse, but when he films himself or take pictures smiling or taunting along with a tortured animal, that should be considered an animal cruelty shock crime. Pictures of cats skinned alive, dogs with jaws blown by explosives, appear in our facebook feds, in google, everywhere to shock our eyes and ruin our days without our consent. Most of those atrocities are made with the purpose of shocking people, as a sick vanity from animal abusers. So, if a suspect of animal abuse appears in a photo or video notoriously happy with an harmed animal, he shall be acused not only of animal cruelty, as with "animal cruelty shock crime" as well, because the main target of that crime is people.
