Truck drivers are taken advantage of by trucking companies and not paid fairly. This would classify drivers as Skilled Labor and require trucking companies to pay drivers by the hour and pay over time after 40 hours worked. Also as part of this shippers and receiver are responsible for loading and unloading of their own goods. Currently drivers have to pay lumpers to unload and in some cases load their trailers for large amounts of money that many companies do pay the driver for.
