Ask that President Obama understand the order to ignore abuse in Afghanistan is breaking Art. 3 of the Geneva Convention

We ask that President Obama recognize that his order to ignore abuse improprieties in Afghanistan is directly against both international Law and Article 3 of the Geneva Convention concerning Rape and Abuse.We ask that Sgt. 1st Class Charles Martland be apologized to and commended for keeping the oath he took as a soldier and for stopping an act strictly forbidden by Article 3 of the Geneva Convention concerning Rape and Sexual abuse. Also we ask he be offered reinstatement in the Army with full benefits earned over his 11 years of service. We ask that he rescind the order to ignore and re-issue orders to enforce both international law and the Geneva Convention.
