President Obama asked all leader of Government Agencies to not impose any restrictions on industry that would be a burden on Job growth or destroy jobs in America after he took office in 2009 due to the recession.
Ray LaHood ignored that request and implemented a program called CSA that was not complete or well thought out. In doing so hundreds of thousands of trucking jobs were vacated and thousands of carriers were closed. Drivers were forced to leave as officers swooped down arresting, fining and destroying the future of trucking because of rules that were impossible to follow in a industry not prepared for what has proven to be the most expensive set of laws and rules ever to be implemented on one group of working Americans in the history of our country. CSA must be fixed now!
