The responding officers from the Ferguson, MO's Medical Examiner's Office failed to take measurements, pictures, or collect vital forensic data on the scene of the shooting of Michael Brown by Officer Darren Wilson.
On page 32 of the grand jury transcript, one individual reported not taking any pictures because they did not properly maintain their equipment (a camera's battery was not charged). On page 33, he also states that he did not take any measurements because it was clear that "somebody shot somebody", highlighting additional incompetence and simply unprofessional behavior.
We consider this gross negligence on the investigator's part and ask the administration to publicly ask for their resignation and a full departmental investigation.
