Director of National Intelligence James Clapper clearly and knowingly lied to Congress about federal government spying on U.S. citizens. His demonstrated lack of integrity calls into question his ability to faithfully execute the duties of Director. He has lied to the people we have elected to watch over the actions of the federal government. And, he must be fired or asked to resign.
