Ask that Sony release rights to "The Interview" so the Whitehouse can request nat'l television to show the film 7/8@5pm

Created by E.B. on December 19, 2014

This is to encourage the Whitehouse to request rights, or temporary rights, from Sony to air the film "The Interview" on national television on July 8th, 2015. The recent hacking of Sony infrastructure by a North Korean hacking team, believed to be backed by the North Korean government, is the beginning of the first ever "cyberwar".

These acts of cyber-terrorism cannot be tolerated by the United States government. We need to stand behind Sony, the film writers, and actors involved with producing this film as they are our fellow Americans.

The United States should engage in this cyber battle by completing the actions mentioned in paragraph one and showing the film on national television on July 8th, the anniversary of North Korean founder, Kim Il Sung's death.
