Ask State Legislatures to Hold an Article V Convention to Improve Our Governments Ability to Protect Liberty and Justice

We of our government to hereby ratify the following amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America:

All people, regardless of gender or sexual preference, shall have equal rights throughout the United States and every place subject to its jurisdiction. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Section 1. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of Sex or Sexual Identification.

Section 2. The right to marriage shall not be infringed on account of gender.

Section 3. The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

Section 4. This amendment shall take effect one year after the date of ratification
