I hereby ask Obama to call the states to call the constitutional convention to amend the Constitution by allowing all voters to vote, regardless of what they look and where they live. The proposed amendment to Constitution allow all voters to vote and they change the government from corrupt and broken to honest and right. After SCOTUS ruling, states can restrict the voting based on race and other factors by requiring voters to present voter IDs. Many minorities voters do not have IDs, so they can't vote, so corrupt and racist Republicans continue to rule in favor of special interests against the people.
