Ask the Supreme Court to review all possible imbalances of power between the 3 branches, including the Patriot Act

For much time now, a gradual imbalance has grown within our system of government, in violation of its constitution. This imbalance has been widely ignored. All violations of the Constitution, most notably under the Patriot Act, should be investigated and repealed through the power of the Supreme Court.
