Ask Syracuse, NY to step up their game we have a sewer problem but the city won't help same thing with the furnace.

I live with my mom she own's her house we have a sewer back up at the street which makes it the city's responsibility but they won't fix it they also shut our furnace off for being clogged or cracked with the way the bills are we can't afford any of these fix's the city is also telling us it will cost us $10,000.00 for them to dig the front yard up that's not our responsibility we also have a disabled family member in the house why would they shut our heat off we need Obama to tell the city of Syracuse to step up their game with how they treat their residence's and make them come fix our sewer and furnace problem.
