Turkey has started attacking the Kurds under a pretext of attacking the Islamic State. Turkey is supposed to be a NATO ally, but has not acted as one under the leadership of Erdrogan who has publicly made comments to annhilate the Kurds.
The US has made allies with the Kurds to curb the power of the Islamic State. Turkey has used pretexts to attack the Kurds now, to prevent the Kurds from succeeding when Turkey has been cowering from the battlefield to fight this extremism. It has been some time now, and Turkey has allowed the Islamic State to grow since it benefits from oil, and a weakened Iraq and Syria.
This petition is for the protection of our allies in the Middle East that are more solid than other forces have proved themselves ever since the growth of the Islamic State.
