Since early last year, Gianluca Ginoble promised us, his fans, called "IlVolovers" that "soon" he will make a twitcam (defined as a livestream from twitter)... Now we're at the end of February 2014 and there is no expectation of the aforementioned, Twitcam. Therefore, we resort to the help of the White House for the Mr. Gianluca Ginoble to take responsibility for their promises. We hope to reach an estimated 200 signatures(or even more) to Gianluca to keep his promise or we have to resort to the last consequences.
