Ask the University of Kentucky to hang a banner in the Rupp Arena rafters to honor former coach Tubby Smith. Coach Smith won a National title while serving as head coach of the men's basketball team and should be honored along with the other great coaches in Kentucky's history: Adolph Rupp, Joe B. Hall & Rick Pitino.
