The vessel name USS Samuel B. Roberts is a long and proud tradition of honor and sacrifice. With the coming retirement of the current OH Perry-class Samuel B. Roberts, we feel that the traditions, honor, and heritage of this namesake be given to one of America's newest fighting ships.
