The NIH for years has used Tax payer money for testing on animals for a number of different reasons. This practice has been stopped in many different companies to date. It is time for the US Government take the lead and end this practice. Please ask yourself how can the Government be in the business of animal torture? Each day many animals are killed in the name of what? It is time to end this.
