Now a days, small independent pharmacies are on the edge of going out of business. The reason, behind is unfair reimbursement from insurance companies (PBMs). PBMs are paying better reimbursement to preferred pharmacies like chains and mail orders and mandatory use of the mail orders pharmacy operated by those big PBMs.
