There needs to be strict punishment for juveniles who are found bullying others. It is assault, potentially causes lifetime damage and in some cases these poor kids take their own lives because of the trauma. I propose that anyone found guilty of severe bullying and assault on another while in/on/around school property's should be charged with aggravated assault and sentenced to juvenile hall and in cases of repeated offense the parents or guardians should be fined a fee to be paid to the state and family of defendant.
