Provide a proper disposal for assault weapons and high-capacity ammunition magazines by inserting them squarely into the anuses of those responsible for repeat robo-calls for useless merchandise and unwanted services.
Congress will not do anything about those calls, in fact congress won't do anything. The House is even saying "NO" about saying no.
