Make the program stricter than the CCW course. Some details of this new bill would make it mandatory to have a mental evaluation done to obtain the license, the license would also expire every three years. Every time you would get the license a new Mental exam by a doctor should be done, along with a extensive backround check. The license should cost the person trying to obtain the license 100 dollars per person per license. You should also have to take a assault weapons safety course of some sort with so many hours required class room and field time. This bill would generate revenue and help keep us safe
