Those who sign this petition would like the United States to assemble resources and start funding the construction of Kiryu, aka Millennium MechaGodzilla.
If the government focuses their defense funding and resources into building Kiryu, job creation can improve greatly in the fields of construction, engineering, military, etc.
Kiryu will also allow us to strengthen national defense, and it'll be able to easily protect the members of the U.N. in order to promote world peace and security.
