Whereas the President has sworn to "to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
And whereas Section 4 of the 14th Amendment states in part "The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned."
We the undersign respectfully request President Obama in upcoming debt limit fight to assert that the debt limit is unconstitutional in fulfillment of his oath of office.
