assign the dept of homeland security to provide security for all public schools

with all the concern about the safety of our children and their schools it appears this is most definatly A homeland security issue and thus this is A security they should provide with the provision that it allows that no changes to the actual teaching shall not be altered or interfiered with by this action.
This would then not burden the school budgets and could provide some jobs.
