assign the Dept. of Homeland Security the task of guarding our schools from armed perpetrators.

Since gun control laws will never completely remove the threat of armed perpetrators killing large numbers of unarmed civilians, namely our children in schools that are gun free zones, the President needs to assign the task of guarding and protecting our children from armed assailants attacking our schools. This can be done via executive order.
