Michigan has clearly demonstrated an inability to govern themselves in a humane and satisfactory manner. Please assign an emergency manager whose authority supercedes that of the governor and elected officials. Let the manager run the state until they have worked through this crisis.
The State of Michigan already recognizes that Democracy may be set aside in cases of dire emergency, so I doubt they will object to an unelected official taking the reins for a while.
