The vast majority of Americans consider the IRS Scandal to be extremely serious and believe that an Independent Prosecutor is required to take this investigation out of the hands of politicians, to eliminate any perception of bias and to eliminate any undue political influence from any political party or source. The potential use of the IRS, the 'weaponeering of the IRS', to target and use against the American people for political or otherwise benefit, is an extremely dangerous threat to liberty. The truth must be uncovered, and those responsible for wrong-doing or incompetence must be held accountable.
