Compulsory School Attendance is a tax on a minor's time while he is not allowed the vote; Taxation without representation is the injustice which sparked the American Revolutionary War and is tantamount to war in this country. No American court can appear to be impartial while it perpetrates this injustice, therefore minors like John David LaDue and Charles Price III who are accused of plotting a war against their families and communities or may have actually killed should be accorded the respect and honor of POW status and released from custody when their rights under the law are recognized at the age of eighteen.
