A special civilian investigator needs to verify that no violations of worker rights, tax payer rights are being perpetrated at the "Area 51" site in Nevada. Tax money is being used for this facility and we need to know that money is not being used for purposes that violate our American code of ethics. This must be done by an outside civilian party to be totally fair.
