Since the Federal Government and supporting agencies have assumed legal responsibility and jurisdiction regarding Border Security and related Immigration matters.
We the People and taxpayers demand a current full and comprehensive report and audit of all state governments, to assess the full impact of Illegal Immigration within each state.
Areas to be studied shall include post 1992 fiscal impact to schools K-Public Colleges, public services, hospitals, county programs, housing, crime...which all represent an undue tax burden upon states, specifically border states, and more specifically "Sanctuary Cities".
Local and state agencies shall work with Federal agencies to collect all relevant data in a bipartisan manner to be presented to all 50 States within 1 year of passage.
