assign a task force committee with focus on Family Court Reform involving family issues such as child custody/visitation

An urgent reform is needed on a NATIONAL level in Family Courts. It is not enought what the "state" is doing, as the local counties make up "local rules" and "other rules" and do as they please with "immunity" from any consequences. Family Law Reform is needed, and a task committee is required to be established by the President of the United States of America.
