Assign a voter id # to every registered voter making it impossible for anyone to vote without their own personal id #

In all of our elections, in all states, issue a personal ID #, to every registered voter who is a citizen, making it impossible for anyone who is not a registered citizen voter able to vote. They must show a valid state id to actually vote that must match their id #. If anyone votes who is not a registered citizen they are kicked out, an alarm will go off, and they will be arrested and charged with fraud on the spot. If a paper ballot, the state must mail it to them, and they must enter their personal id# and that id# will be entered into the computer to check it to verify. Upon a citizen's death, it must show in the data base, by proof of a death certificate to the SS office, that the person is deceased. The death certificate must be placed in the deceased SS record.
