Assist citizens in setting TERM LIMITS for both the Legislative and Judicial branches of the Federal Government

Created by S.B. on February 15, 2013

House: change 2 yr. term to 4 yr. term; limit the # of terms to 3 (total of 12 yrs.); upon leaving, Fed. health care is ended; no employment in for profit agencies, businesses, etc. = # of yrs. served and no lobbying of such.
Senate: continue 6 yr. term; limit # of terms to 3 (18 yrs. total); use the same "upon leaving" cited above.
Judiciary: all appointments including the Supreme Court maximum # of yrs. served = 20; use the same "upon leaving" described above.

It seems odd that the only branch of gov. to have a term limit is the Presidency. Perhaps if the other 2 branches also had term limits, instead of worrying and raising $ for the next election, OR only representing a certain district/state, Congress just might begin representing all the American people. It's worth a try!
