Assist European countries in maintaining their border and keeping migrants out. They need help. Offer it to them.

We want to keep migrants out of the US, and extend an offer to Europe to help keep the migrants out. They have done nothing to contribute, and have long since overwhelmed social programs that these countries can offer. Withdraw forces - official and unofficial - from the Middle East and let them sort out their problems so they won't be bothered to flee that area, and re-deploy them to Europe to assist the local forces there. The solution is simple, all we need to do is act in the appropriate manner as described.
